'BrightComposeCanvas began with a simple dream: to share genuine Neapolitan pizza with Milan. Established in 1985 by the Bennett family, our pizzeria started as a small, family-run spot with recipes handed down through generations.
Oliver Bennett, our founder, learned the craft of pizza-making during travels across Italy, training with master pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. After returning to the UK, she aimed to recreate the magic of real Italian pizza, using traditional methods and the finest ingredients.
What started as a cozy 12-seat pizzeria has grown into a cherished local staple, yet our dedication to quality and authenticity has never wavered. We still employ wood-fired oven techniques, prepare dough fresh daily, and source the highest-quality ingredients we can find.
Today, 'BrightComposeCanvas remains family-owned and operated, with the second generation of the Bennett family now leading our devoted team. While we’ve adopted some modern touches, the essence of our business remains the same: crafting delicious, authentic pizza that brings people together.
